Baking Is A Chunk Of Cake

By Judielee Lawson

When I was a child, I've always watched my mother cook diverse dishes at home. I would certainly know that there will be an upcoming occasion because I could smell something excellent is cooking within our kitchen. She would certainly always cook pasta, meat stews along with other local delicacies that make us really excited of the flavorful aroma that the air inside our home brings when she cooks.

I've always been curios how her dishes are done and I wanted to be in a position to cook something like that when I grow up. My grandmother would also cook the same dishes my mother makes but I presume my mother's cooking tastes better. Maybe due to the fact we got accustomed to it and my grandmother's way of cooking is extremely traditional as compared to my mom's modern approach with each and every brand new kind of components. I assumed to myself that I would certainly want to cook something better to impress my mother and my grandmother when I'm old enough.

As I was growing up, I've managed to get numerous instructions and tricks from my mother when she cooks something. There aren't any secret recipes or virtually any secret herbs and spices that she uses. It's all in the technique how you cook it. Patience really pays off when you're cooking an excellent meal simply because you simply can't hurry it up while you want it to come out virtually perfectly. That also applies so much more on baking. You cannot just mix your cake batter just as much as you want because you will be pushing a bunch of air into your cake batter and it will come out too flat or too fluffy. You can't force your cookies to come out in the oven immediately because you are too impatient to taste how they are. All you can do it wait and to make sure that you time the baking process according to the instructions.

Baking is so much different from cooking a meal. When you cook your meals, you can add more spices to taste if it is a little bland or you could just add more ingredients or more water if it tastes too strong. In baking, everything needs to be calculated and all the ingredients should be measured exactly as it is indicated in the recipe. If you're baking bread and you put in too much flour in it, it can either be too hard to eat or too crumby to slice. If you put a little too much water in the dough, it might turn out like a soggy and tasteless cake. It's really hard to experiment on baking unlike cooking.

Given the fact that baking is too complicated for me, I've really found my niche in baking due to the fact it gives me a special feeling of accomplishment if the pastry you've baked turns out extremely well and anyone appreciates it so much more. I've managed to master the art of baking cookies and brownies and I will be able to say that baking is so much easier than you thought if only you possess the drive to go for the effects that you desire to attain.

I know that the results of your first attempts may be disappointing but if at first you get a flat, tasteless piece of bread, do not be troubled because you are generally on the right track. Next thing you know, you are baking your way in the pastry industry and you certainly will say that it is only a piece of cake. - 32190

Cook Turkey with Ease by Using a Meat Thermometer Fork

By Donna Hudson

Turkey is really a palatable dish. Turkey can be enjoyed anytime of the year. Still, several cooks find it difficult to cook turkey because cooking turkey requires a few important things.

A good tool that can help in cooking turkey is a meat thermometer fork. This tool looks like a typical cooking fork but also has the ability to take temperatures to help determine if the meat has finished cooking or still needs more time.

When you endeavor to cook turkey meat, you must cook the turkey in a shallow roasting pan. Using a shallow roasting pan is recommended because it allows equal distribution of heat to the meat. You can use a meat thermometer fork to verify whether the meat receives equal temperature or not.

For the turkey to become moist, you need to place at least one inch of water at the bottom of the pan, so that the meat will absorb it. You can also baste the turkey with a oil and herb combination.

If you are cooking meat from the refrigerator, the temperature of the oven should be set between 325 to 350 degrees They key goal is to cook the meat to the appropriate internal temperature without sacrificing moistness and taste.

To achieve this, the temperature of the meat should be checked constantly. This should help you make a delicious meal. Keep in mind that it also requires a specific internal temperature which will allow the turkey meat to be cooked perfectly from the external portions to the internal portion. Turkey with uncooked areas are neither safe nor tasty. Using a digital thermometer ensures the safety and deliciousness of your turkey. So you know, your turkey should reach at least 165 degrees to be safe for consumption. - 32190

Eggs Are Good For Us

By Adriana Noton

When you go to the supermarket to buy eggs, you are faced with a variety of different sizes and colors. The shape, well, that is generally the same. You think of what you will make with them, as far as recipes, to decide whether to purchase medium sized or large ones. Maybe you will need the jumbo size.

You rarely think of what the farmer and the chicken went through to get them. Well, if you have ever seen the little chicks they sell at certain times in the spring, you can see what happens when they are fertilized. If you want them, all you have to do is to buy a chicken. If you want more chickens, you need to buy a rooster.

So the chicks are brought home to the farm, and they are set up in a very warm environment. The more the farmer buys, the warmer they will keep each other. A bright light needs to be on them all the time at this point, and they will eat a lot of chick feed. As they grow, they become the age to lay eggs. Different types of chickens lay different eggs.

If you have bought them from a home or farm that has all types of chickens that produce them, you will see from the variety that they sometimes look like they are for Easter. There are actually light blue and light green ones in the egg carton.

They will taste a bit different from a chicken farm than when you buy them at the store. The yolks are so bright, deep yellow. You can see the difference. You can see which is, of course, healthier. And the small farmers do not generally feed or inject their chickens with hormones, as they are not producing for grocery stores, and they are eating them themselves.

There are others that can be eaten also, not just that of the egg. Ostrich is also are edible and one will probably feed a family of six for breakfast. From ducks they are also acceptable. And if you ever get to try them from a quail, they are considered a delicacy to all. They do not taste too different, but the presentation is elegant, as they are tiny and speckled.

Eggs are generally thought of for breakfast, because there are so many ways to make them for breakfast. Scrambled, sunny side up, omelets, poached, hard boiled, soft boiled, and over easy are a few simple breakfast recipes. But they can be eaten at any meal. They can be the entree, if they are rolled around something else, like ham and cheese, or they can have a Mexican flavor, such as huevos rancheros. The omelet themselves can be made in an endless number of ways to be the center of a lunch or dinner meal. And other people think of eggs as a brunch meal, as their breakfasts are usually simple, like coffee and toast. Around 10 a. M. Or so, it is time for brunch, and this is when they enjoy a nicely cooked egg.

They are also the one ingredient that often holds all of the others together. This is true for cakes and pies, and many other dessert items. They are often one of the main ingredients in a recipe, like custards and crepes. It is safe to say, without eggs, we would be missing some of the finer things in life. - 32190

Telling Bakeware Pans Apart

By Jack Bennington

Home cooks who like to bake and want to learn more about the differences in bakeware pans and novice home bakers will find this information of use. Baking recipes can specify the type of pan to be used. You may need to substitute pans for what is required in the recipe if you do not have it available at home. This is relevant, as a pan that is not a close substitute in size and volume, will require cooking temperature and baking time to be adjusted accordingly. The material can affect the result and you need to be mindful of this fact. For instance, a dark pigment facilitates browning due to more receptive to heat absorption. While, glass pans are slow to heat and retain heat longer.

The materials used in baking pans

Aluminum cooking pans can be made from aluminum foil, heavy gauge aluminum or thinner material or anodized aluminum. This material conducts heat well and produces consistency in the texture and color of the baked item; but, if your product needs browning keep in mind its reflective surface may inhibit browning if you are not cooking with anodized aluminum. Heavy gauge aluminum will not warp as thinner aluminum material may under high temperatures. This material will not rust. Acidic foods reacts to aluminum, so avoid use of aluminum pans for this purpose.

Disposable aluminum foil could be reused. Foil dents, if mishandled. If you want to give away your cooking; or are cooking for a crowd, this is a good choice.

Glass or stone material has some difference between the two. Glass conducts heat efficiently and browning is no problem. Heat is retained longer in glass than metal, so food will be warm longer after you take it out of the oven. Acidic food may be cooked. Transferring from the oven to the fridge or freezer should not be done directly as it requires intermediate cooling. Stay clear of metal scrapers or abrasive cleaners. Distribution of heat is even in stoneware and like glass it retains heat. It does not heat quickly. Stone may stick initially, when you should brush it with oil on the surface; but, overtime develops a nonstick surface naturally. It is fragile under extreme temperature changes. Food clumping will not cook food properly, which needs to be distributed across the surface better. Frozen foods need to be thawed in the fridge before they are put in the oven. Avoid connection to a direct heat source. Stone is also the material used on plates to replicate the environment of a brick floored oven.

Silicone, a recent introduction it is used for baking molds. It is lighter than other material, is nonstick, can be folded for storage and washed in the dishwasher. It may have temperature sensitivity, so do not place under broiler or any direct heat source. Do not use sharp materials when handling silicone to prevent scoring. This material does not conduct heat; rather it facilitates even heat transference to the baking item; hence, cooking also stops upon removal from the oven. This substance can also be used in the freezer, as its tolerance is negative forty degrees Fahrenheit. Before initial use, apply some oil to condition the surface. Do follow manufacturer instructions.

Material improvements and their benefits

Aluminum when it is anodized has additional properties. Silver or hard anodized baking material is the two versions of aluminum in this state. The former has an outer hardened layer making it stronger. Sharp material should still not be used for cleaning or taking out stuck on food. The hard anodized type is even stronger. Metal cooking spatulas or spoons may be used; but care should still be taken on contact with sharp items. The dark surface makes cooking even faster. Do not you wash in dishwashers as may release chemicals. Wash by hand and soak if necessary to remove food attached to the pan.

Nonstick bakeware is constructed from steel or aluminum and has a nonstick coating for facilitating cleaning and also removal of the food. The dark nonstick surface absorbs heat quickly so how long you cook may change to accommodate this property. Do not use metal as it can peel off the coating. You should not cook any food at high temperature as it leads to leeching of the nonstick chemical into the food and may affect your health.

Insulated ware has two metal layers with an air layer cushion that promotes even baking and resists burn. With a good nonstick coat it will resist sticking. There is gradual heating which can lengthen cooking time. The material it is constituted of and if it has a nonstick coat will influence how you maintain it.

Unless it is a tinned steel pan, stainless steel is a poor heat conducting material for bakers. Coated with tin heat conductivity improves with the pan being able to heat consistently and gradually. Surface darkens with age and speeds up its cooking properties. It tends to rust, so drying carefully after washing is necessary.

Pan size, volume and removable parts

The types of bakeware suit the product. But, sometimes you may not have what you need. Then you have to make do if you can; and adjust accordingly, if necessary. You may also want to try the pans with extractable parts for ease of food removal. - 32190

Exactly What To Consider In Non-stick Kitchenware Sets

By Catherine Adams

Cooking efficiently demands quality pans and pots. Of course, if you want to be a good cook, you can't do without a complete cookware collection. Agreed, that it makes it challenging to pick a qualified product among the numerous options on the market. However, if you can find out a few facts concerning the various kitchenware merchandise and also materials, you can easily do this. But you will also need to think about your own cooking style while making your decision.

Different materials can be used while making cookware sets. Copper is considered to be the best material for cookware since it is a good conductor of heat. However, copper is also the most expensive.

If you want a cheaper alternative, then aluminum could be the right choice. It will not be as costly as copper but will work almost as well as copper. Make sure to buy a thicker gauge if you are choosing an aluminum set.

Cast iron cookware is cheaper than aluminum. The only problem with this material is that it is very heavy and is also not a good conductor of heat. You can also look for enamel coated cast iron set. It may be costlier but it does not interact with food.

Nonstick cookware is coated with man made coatings. They prevent the food from sticking to the pan.

Then there are also stainless steel cookware sets. They are low in maintenance. But they are not good conductors of heat.

Now that you already know about the major metals which are employed in cookware sets, you need to pay attention to the style of your cooking as well.

A cookware set should always have 4 components. These include a five-quart sauce pan to heat liquids, soups, and stews. You will need a frying pan to saute onions and fry fish. For cooking meat and making thick dishes, you will need a saute pan since it has a higher edge than a frying pan. A stock pot and roasting pan are two of the other things that you may want to include in your basic cookware set.

Needless to say, the metals you end up picking for your kitchenware collection will depend on your personal food preparation style. You may also pick matched pots and pan sets. They look good and will be likewise convenient alternatives. If you are looking at developing the quality of your cooking approach, you may use different metals for different pieces. - 32190

A Few Thoughts About The Usage Of Disposable Bakeware Pans

By Jack Bennington

Disposable bakeware pans are generally available in almost every baking section of the store, regardless of where you go. These come in a lot of different shapes and sizes for every need you might have during baking. If you hold any curiosity about the usage of these pans then the following information may interest you and explain some of their value.

Disposable pans are great when you are going to be cooking something that is very messy. Certainly, there are times when you do not mind cleaning up the mess after cooking a delicious meal, but there are also times when clean up would just take too long or would be unnecessary. A great way to avoid dealing with this is to make use of disposable pans. Once you are finished with them, you simply throw them away into the trash or recycling bin.

If you are in a situation where you might need a quick fix on a pan, then they also work well. When you are in a hurry, you most likely do not have the time to spend looking at professional pans to figure out which is the best option and comparing prices between them. This is especially true if you are looking to purchase some bakeware for an event. Disposable options are more easier and quickly found in these types of situations in general.

In addition to this, the prices for these types of pans are very affordable. You can even find pans that come in multi packs and they will still remain fairly inexpensive. Consider this in comparison to the price you might pay for only one professional bakeware pan. There are a lot of savings to be made in consideration of this.

The investment can also be particularly useful if you are not inclined to baking much. Reasonably, there is no need to invest in professional bakeware pans if you are not the type to bake or cook much. It would most likely be a waste of money. For this reason, disposable pans can be a good alternative for those one off times when you do find yourself cooking.

But the pans can even be useful for people who cook or bake all of the time. It is a good idea to keep a set of them on hand in your kitchen for different situations. Such as, if you are sending your bakeware over to someone else's house or using it for a gathering, you may not want to use your best or favorite pans for this. Perhaps you are concerned about having your professional pans scratched up. Using disposable pans in these situations are a great alternative.

Aside from this, the pans are just as reliable as you could expect a professional pan to be. They come in heavy duty and lightweight formats, you simply need to read the packaging to see the difference in the options. The packaging will also likely tell you how much food weight is recommended by various types of pans. If you are looking to hold an extra precaution, you can put a baking sheet underneath to add to the stability.

Disposable pans can be just as useful as any other type of typical bakeware pans can be. The main point is that they can get the baking done correctly and save you money in the process. If you need pans in a hurry for an event and you don't want to pay a lot of money for something professional, consider using these disposable options instead. - 32190

Selling Something Besides Donuts

By Lorienda Colnery

The donut business can be very profitable, you already know that. The overhead is very low compared to other food products in the restaurant industry. The barriers to entry in the donut business can also be low, depending on whether you purchase a franchise or not. We chose not to purchase a franchise but to purchase the entry level donut maker.

We have talked about this before but flea markets are in excellent place to start selling your doughnuts. Flea markets get a lot of traffic and people are naturally inclined to buy things. You can be assured that if you get into a good flea market, you can sell a lot of doughnuts. This is one of the main reasons we have not continued with this project because it has been difficult getting into a flea market setting.

So now that that is out of the way, should we sell anything else but doughnuts? We have thought about this, and each one of us have varying opinions. We all do agree however, that the menu should be very limited. We will not sell 100 varities of doughnuts, we all agree on that. It is just not in our business model, the more choices you give the consumer, the more overhead that you have. We have studied other businesses that offer small doughnuts, and they have a very limited menus themselves. We will probably model Our donut business After what they are doing. We have noticed that the doughnut shops that are in business today have been around for quite some time now. None of them have changed much, and have not added things to their menu. They offer one or two varieties of small doughnuts, and perhaps a couple varieties of drinks to go along with the doughnuts.

We have actually thought about offering drinks such as milk coffee or Juice but we just don't know what to do yet. We are leaning towards offering just the doughnuts and no drinks. We'll probably have to kind of doughnuts; sugared and cinnimon. If we decide to add drinks to the menu, it will be a market test to see how it goes. But as we've mentioned before the more items you have on your menu the more overhead that you will have. If the donuts sell very well then maybe drinks will be a nice addition to our menu.

Everyone needs to do what is right for their business. There's nothing like a real world experience when it comes to market test. What works in one area will not necessarily work in another area. You just need to do it and test and then make a decision. - 32190

The Joy Of Collecting Recipes

By Adriana Noton

Recipes are used for making that special dish for the first time, enhancing a meal that you have made many times but now want to change, or for just adding to a marvelous collection of ideas for meals for the future.

A recipe can consist of only two ingredients or so many you cannot even fit them on your countertop. It can be as simple as simply stirring, or very complex, like dredging in flour, then dipping into a beaten egg, then covering with bread crumbs, quick-frying and then finally baking the port chop. Yes, for a simple port chop. But many times you will find that the more effort you put forth in preparing the meal, the better it tastes in the end.

Most cooks have several very important ingredients that are put in almost every dinner recipe they make. These may be onions and garlic. Or perhaps herbs like thyme and basil, or a combination of Italian seasonings. This same cook may also have ingredients in the cupboard that he or she bought for one special meal on an occasion, and it has been sitting in that cupboard ever since. This might be liquid smoke, or fenugreek.

Perhaps the greatest experiments with recipes are those from other countries. You can try something Greek, like moussaka, or Italian, like lasagna, or East Indian, like lamb korma, or Mexican, like carne asada tacos.

You will find that the main difference between the different ones of various countries is the spices they use. In Greece, they use a lot of cinnamon on their meat to sweeten it up. Italians like their tomato sauced spiced up with oregano, basil, and thyme, among other spices. In India, the use of turmeric, cumin and coriander go far. Mexicans use a lot of cayenne and chili powder. And the list goes on.

You will discover that the joy of collecting healthy recipes will easily take over your book shelves. You will have recipe books on fish, steak, potatoes, desserts, casserole dishes, meatless meals, poultry, crepes, Christmas, and wok cooking, to name a few. Then there are the recipe magazines that will overwhelm you. And do not forget about the recipes you cut out from the newspaper, because you know you are going to try them some day.

You can stumble on collections in thrift shops. These are from clubs that people were members of and received them monthly and put them in binders. Or you will run across other types of collections that resemble a set of encyclopedias. There are annual collection recipe books for the year. And you would not want to pas up some of those really old cook books. They usually have a couple of really great classic formulas that you thought you would never find. Then there is the kind of collection that can drive a cook crazy, when they put them all in the index box. The best thing about these 4x6 inch cards is that you do not have to mess with a book closing on you while cooking.

Yes, you can collect recipes your whole life, fill an entire room with recipes. But the best cooks in the world do not even use them. - 32190

Information Considering Metal Bakeware Pans

By Jack Bennington

A type of pan that you may notice very often are metal bakeware pans. These are pretty popular with people who bake and have been used for a numerous amount of years. They are one of the most reliable types of pans around and always give good results when they are used. Here are some considerations about why metal bakeware pans do so well.

The great thing about these types of pans is that they deliver the right baking results without the individual having to spend a lot of money. The pans are fairly inexpensive in comparison to what you might pay for glass bakeware or even ceramics. The pricing makes it very convenient to buy a full set of metal bakeware if you desire to do so.

There are also a lot of options available with these types of pans. There is a pan for almost everything you might be interested in cooking at some point. This allows the pans to be versatile in comparison to the lack of options you might have with other materials, such as ceramics. Generally, you will not run out of options when you are working with metal bakeware.

There are different types of metal that is used in bakeware. Some are made out of aluminum, others are made out of steel, and others are coated in a nonstick covering. Steel tends to do better than aluminum, because aluminum often becomes discolored over a period of time. However, it is all a matter of preference.

There is never a concern about whether or not your bakeware is going to break when you are using metal pans. At the most, maybe there will be a small dent, but there will not be anything noticeable enough that would cause you to have to replace the pan itself. This is a money saver in itself for the amount of cash you can save by not having to buy replacement pans after one is broken.

Of course, metal bakeware pans tend to hold a lot more heat than most other pans. Heat can spread fairly evenly through this type of material. However, food also tends to cook much faster in these pans because of their heat conduction. Generally, it is a good idea to keep a decent amount of watch on these types of pans when you are cooking with them to make sure the food doesn't burn.

If food burns in a pan like this, the clean up factor varies. If the pans are not nonstick, then you will likely need to soak them to clean them up. The addition to this is that if food is burnt in these pans, it can be hard to get off and sometimes can discolor the pan if you do not remove it completely. Use some sort of nonstick product when you cook with these and you should have less of a problem.

But aside from this, metal bakeware pans are a good investment to make. They allow you the chance to have a uniform set for an inexpensive price and they give great baking results. As long as you take proper care of them, they will remain just as nice as they were when you first purchased them as well. - 32190

When baking it is important to learn the basic sponge cake recipe as this forms the base for nearly all desserts.

Eggs will help any sponge cake to be lighter, softer and stronger. Knowing just how many eggs to use is essential as this can significantly alter the cakes texture. There are many methods of blending cake mixture together. These methods are known as, rubbing, boil and bake and all in one. Each of these methods brings a whole different taste to the cake.

Sponge cake is often used to form a base for various types of cake and dessert. Sponge cakes can be cooked in a lot of varying ways, this gives them a whole new flavour every time they are baked in a new way. Sponge cake can be classified into 3 main categories: Basic sponge, egg-less sponge and chocolate sponge.

If you are concerned about your health then there are different methods that can be used. Lower fat variations of baking can be tricky because it is completely different to cooking fuller fat versions. Reduced fat butter is far different than ordinary butter because it bakes differently. Lower fat butter reacts more sensitively towards things like over cooking, over blending, different ingredients and other factors.

The protein that egg whites contain provide a lot of strength for batter or dough, this makes it rise and not fall when it is put in the oven. Gluten makes the batter stronger, the more the batter is blended. When baking the precise blend of ingredients and skills are needed to ensure the perfect cake is made. - 32190

KitchenAid Food Processors Are Better Than Blenders

By Mark Diesel

When most people think of smoothies, and frozen drinks, they typically think of the blender. The blender has long been a staple of kitchens and bars everywhere.

Blenders can chop ice, it can puree soups and salsas and it can even chop up fruits and vegetables into fine pieces. However, if you've never used a food processor before, you'll be surprised to find out that a food processor can do many things a blender can't.

Blenders and food processors do look somewhat similar. Each have a large opening on the top where the ingredients are added to be cut-up. Plus, the bottom of both units have the motor that is turned on by controls on the front. This is where the same characteristics end.

It's no big secret that blenders are super at blending stuff up. As stated earlier, iced-drinks are quickly made with one of these handy little gadgets. A lot of kitchens around the world have these appliances. Many who are into aerobics use them to make healthy meal replacements, restaurants use them to speed up their meal preparation, and the rest of us use them to make fruity drinks.

However, when it comes to blenders, they really can't hold up against food processors when it comes to more solid foods. Have you ever put a whole apple into a blender to see what would happen? The apple does get chopped, but it's often halfway done. The blender's just not efficient when it comes to solid foods. That's why many people prefer a food processor over a blender.

Solid foods are no match for a food processor. It can slice, cut, and chop the hardest of foods so just go ahead and add anything you can think of. Try using that with a blender and you'll be sorry. The functions of a food processor accommodates pretty much any hard food. Don't cut-up anything buy hand, use a food processor. Plus, the food processor can do the shakes and fruity drinks too.

Food processors are now the obvious choice over any blender. It's hard to understand why their are not more kitchens with them. All of their features and functionality makes them the perfect appliance for restaurants and homes for making meals day in and day out. - 32190

Several Thoughts On The Use Of Glass Bakeware Pans

By Jack Bennington

Glass bakeware pans currently do not seem to be as popular as they once were. Although they are decent for cooking many foods, they can generally pose a lot of problems. However, there are some people that still insist upon using these types of bakeware pans for their personal baking. Here are some of the main noteworthy points about glass pans.

Glass pans are generally pretty heavy and weighty to work with. They are equal to or even heavier than some ceramic pans even. But some people enjoy this factor about this type of bakeware. They claim that the thickness makes it more sturdy and reliable to work with while baking.

But because of how heavy these pans can be, they can be easier to drop than other pans. Being made out of glass, these pans are very easy to break. This is not the most convenient option to be using for your baking, obviously. If you just think about how much money can be spent replacing broken glass pans, you'll see that these are not a money saver.

In general, glass pans tend to be very expensive. They are more of a value for their appearance than anything else it would seem. The price that you pay for a glass pan, you could spend buying multiple metal or ceramic pans. And even these would be more versatile than glass can be.

The pans are not very nonstick friendly either. If you want to avoid sticking, then use flour or a nonstick cooking spray before you start baking. Otherwise, you are going to have a hard time getting food off of the surface and it will be even worse if the food has been baked or burnt on. Your best bet is to do what you can to contribute to nonstick cooking. It will save you a lot of time on cleaning up.

Outside of this, the pans do a good job sustaining in the heat while cooking. Various types of glass can handle various types of temperatures. Pay attention to your packaging to find out how high your glass bakeware pans can handle when you are baking with them.

So should you invest in glass bakeware pans? It really depends on what your own preferences are. Some people enjoy pans like these and other people completely dislike the use of them at all. If you like pans with a little more weight to them, then this can be a good option for you. However, if you don't like something so easily breakable, you should probably consider a different type of bakeware instead.

Overall, glass bakeware pans can give you the same results that any other bakeware pans will give you as long as you bake correctly with them. There is no wrong or right in this case. If you are not sure if they are right for you, consider trying a pan out and seeing what you really think of your experience with it. - 32190
